Based in Brighton and Hove City in the UK, {pragmattical} is a technologies and solutions outfit founded in 2009 by Dr. B S Kyambadde. It is an entrepreneurial avenue for exploring, sourcing, research and development, training, consulting, testing and management in chosen sectors; including Environmental, Civil, ICT, Agro, and Sustainable Energies Engineering and Technologies.
